KOTSU® Ramen & Gyoza is a fast-casual restaurant concept born in Los Angeles, California. We have crafted a menu based on our memories of the Japanese comfort food found in our hometown - the Hakata district of Fukuoka, Japan.
We have created a selection of the best heart-warming Japanese dishes that people from all ages and backgrounds can appreciate and love. We feature a selection of hand crafted Ramen and Gyoza Dumpling dishes along with side orders to complement.
KOTSU® has perfected the classic Tonkotsu Ramen with an added flair to make your tastebuds dance with delight. Cooked for 12 hours, our pork bone broth has a deep and rich creamy flavor to satisfy your hunger. We also have a unique Vegan Shoyu Ramen dish topped with gourmet ingredients, creating a wonderful melody of taste for our plant based friends.
Our Gyoza dumplings are a must try and come in original, spicy, and curry flavors…and soon to come Vegan Gyoza!

OUR STORY: FROM JAPAN TO AMERICA
Our passion comes from our vivid memories of growing up and working in the bustling Ramen shops of Fukuoka, Japan - Our home town and the birthplace of Hakata Style cooking. We are thrilled to bring you our modern interpretation of the exciting flavors and energy that the “Yatai” culinary street vendors of the Hakata district have developed over centuries.
The foundations of our great tasting food are premium ingredients, artistry, and love. The rich and creamy pork bone broth of Tonkotsu Ramen cooked for 12 hours, the complex and deep “Oishi” flavor of Shoyu Ramen, and the satisfying crunch of perfectly cooked Gyoza Dumplings are the building blocks of the unique taste of KOTSU® Ramen & Gyoza.
